Service Refunds

At Stem and Soma, we strive to provide the highest quality regenerative treatments. Please note that results may vary from person to person.

• Treatments: We do not offer refunds on services rendered.

• Packages: Pre-paid treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the Stem and Soma team. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a charge or loss of deposit.

• "No-shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Product Returns

If you purchase physical skincare products from our store:

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

• Opened or used products are non-refundable due to health and safety regulations.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
